All-Spice... A Taste Of The Caribbean NOTE: DATE CHANGED TO SAT JUNE 29 (8:00 am - 9:00 am)
CUISINE ● CULTURE ● MUSIC ● TRADITIONS
In 2010, the Caribbean American Democratic Club of Palm Beach County decided that a signature event should be presented to the community. Two years later the first annual Taste of the Caribbean is now being actualized. People of various economic backgrounds, nationalities and races will visit the West Palm Beach Waterfront to sample our world famous dishes as well as experience the Caribbean through sight and sound presented by our live bands and display of costumes.
EVENT OFFERINGS
The Taste of the Caribbean is a great venue to reach people of the Caribbean Diaspora. Within the club members we represent Palm Beach Counties Caribbean (West Indian) communities. These include: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Netherlands Antilles, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin (France), Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, and United States Virgin Islands.
In addition to dinner tastings, the event includes the following attractions:
- Live Entertainment - Dance into the night with live Caribbean rhythms from local musical artists.
- Caribbean Travel Village – Plan your next Caribbean getaway with island travel experts. Learn how you can enjoy the beautiful world class destinations and pristine azure beaches that theCaribbean has to offer.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT
